SDCTA develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for private contractors within different industries doing work on behalf of the public to certify that tax dollars are spent effectively.
The County of San Diego contracts a large amount of its services, so it is important to ensure that our communities receive the greatest return from such a large public investment.
SDCTA’s KPI program objective is to provide an independent, third party review of contractor performance. Our KPI research and certification primarily assesses past performance.
