SDCTA Study: Report on the County of San Diego Community Projects Fund
PURPOSE An analysis of the allocations over a six year period from fiscal year 2003/2004 to fiscal year 2008/2009 was conducted for the purpose of identifying trends, better understanding the use of taxpayer dollars and increasing transparency regarding the use of the Community Projects fund. The analysis conducted indicates that there are several interesting patterns for the allocations that should be examined in greater detail.
