Backgrounder: City of San Diego Capital Improvement Program
This document is intended to provide an update on the state of the City of San Diego's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) processes as well as funding that has been dedicated, and is expected to be dedicated, toward CIP programs in the future, including the City's projected $898 million deferred capital backlog.
