Proposed Standard for HMIS Case Note Documentation

The SDTEF-led Public Regional Outcomes Standards Board, alongside its working group of experts in micro-level outcomes reporting in homelessness services in San Diego, has released its first exposure draft on a standards proposal for HMIS Case Note Documentation.
