Taxpayers Association Unveils New Municipal Performance Report Card

The San Diego County Taxpayers Association has produced a set of criteria to evaluate the overall fiscal health and transparency of municipalities across the region. Along with our in-depth municipal reviews, this will be used to assess cities’ capacity to manage their finances and keep promises to taxpayers, which will inform our positions on local measures.
